Within UCP, the Technological Change and Entrepreneurship program is led by FCEE-Católica, the leading Portuguese Business school. FCEE- Católica offers several innovative Master’s programs, including: MBACatólica, Master in Healthcare Management, Master in Economics, and Master in Finance. The undergraduate program in Business Administration was the first of its kind in Portugal, and has been consistently ranked (by business magazine Fortuna) as the top program of its kind in Portugal. FCEE-Católica is also the leader in Portugal’s executive education market. FCEE-Católica provides a vibrant research environment, with a clear commitment to the creation and dissemination of knowledge through rigorous research, published in top tier, international journals. The core research faculty of FCEE consists of around 30 professors, with doctorates from some of the top institutions in the world, including MIT, NYU, UCLA, Chicago, Columbia, Michigan, etc.. The school was recently recognized (by the European Economic Association) as the leading Portuguese institution in terms of publications per faculty member. There are numerous joint research projects among members and an active research seminar series.
