Welcome to the Information and Communication Technologies
Institute (ICTI), a joint international partnership
between the Government of Portugal through its Ministry
of Science, Technology and Higher Education, and Carnegie
Mellon in the area of information and communication
technologies. This international partnership includes
an emphasis on information processing and networking,
including applications to critical infrastructures
and risk assessment, as well as complementary areas
of applied mathematics, technology, innovation and
policy.
We invite prospective students, faculty, entrepreneurs,
philanthropists, government officials and the public
